The Russian title text read as follows: Burnout at work. The poster maquette depicts the research institute Cold, with two orderlies in the foreground carrying out a burned employee who was literally and metaphorically Burnout at work. The name of the Research Institute - Cold and the appearance of its employees, which the viewer can see in the open windows of the building, makes the poster satirical.
