A rare illustration painting maquette of the Russian Soviet satirical poster Talents and Admirers, designed by Yuri Trunev, 1921 to 1986, Soviet graphic artist, member of the Fighting Pencil - a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters in the USSR. The Russian title text read as follows: Talents and Admirers. The poster depicts an old man and woman brewing moonshine to earn extra money, as indicated by a large purse on the woman's shoulder and two drunken consumers of their alcoholic beverages.
