A collection of four vintage glass wares. The collection includes a Carnival style iridescent glass candy bowl with a pair of handles adorned with cut design and a scalloped rim; an iridescent plate adorned with a foliage pattern to the center and on the border on the back; clear and white glass round shaped serving plate with a clear glass handle to the center adorned with a floral design on a black ground on a border; a large Mid century rectangular shaped serving platter decorated with gilt foliage and floral patterns by Georges Briard, signed lower left. Georges Briard, 1917 to 2005, was an American designer in the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. He is most well known for his signature dish ware and glassware, everything from cups and plates to gold plated serving dishes. His signature collection was stocked at noted department stores, such as Neiman Marcus and Bonwit Teller. Circa: Mid to the second half of 20th century.
