An antique Ottoman embroidery Suzani silver wire on silk table cover. A central motif depicts a mosque with domes, minarets and crescent moons, enclosed in a circular medallion. The medallion is surrounded by a band of traditional Arabic script containing religious inscriptions or good wishes. The corners and edges of the fabric feature floral elements, stylized flowers, and classic Islamic patterns. The textile is framed with a distinctive dark woven border.
