The painting comes with a certificate. K.G. Subramanyan was a student of Nandalal Bose and Ramkinkar Baij. His unique style was greatly influenced by folk art from Kerala, Kalighat painting and Pattachitra from Bengal and Odisha, as well as Indian court paintings.
