A 2000 American Gold Eagle bullion 5 dollar coin. The iconic image of Lady Liberty was originally created by Augustus Saint-Gaudens in 1907. She is shown holding a torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left, symbolizing peace and enlightenment. The obverse features a family of eagles: a male eagle carrying an olive branch in flight, approaching a nest containing a female and their hatchlings. This design by Miley Busiek was used on Gold Eagles from 1986 through early 2021. As marked at the bottom, this is a 1/10 oz fine gold coin. American Coins And Numismatic Collectibles.
