Giancarlo Isola, Italian, 1927 to 2018, a limited edition color lithograph on paper depicting an abstract composition. Hand signed in pencil, lower right. Numbered in pencil, 106 of 200, lower left. Giancarlo Isola is a listed Italian Modernist painter, born in the Tuscan town of Livorno in 1927. He is known for colorful Cubist compositions. In 1959 he participated in the following exhibitions abroad: Obras de Pintura Italiana Contempranea in Lima, Peru, Italy; Three Directions in San Francisco, CA; Young Italian Painters in Tokyo, Japan; Young Italian Painters in Houston, TX; and other American venues in Charlotte, NC, and Galleria Roma in Chicago, IL. He also participated in countless solo and group shows in cities throughout Europe. Modernist and Contemporary European Graphic Art Prints and Collectibles.
