A 1986 US Liberty Prestige Coin Set, issued in commemoration of the centennial of the Statue of Liberty. All seven of the coins were struck in proof condition at the San Francisco Assay Office. The set includes five standard U.S. circulating coins: 1 cent, 5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents, 50 cents, made of copper and cupro-nickel alloys, plus two special commemorative coins: a half dollar and the key item of the set a silver dollar, containing pure silver. Each coin has unique characteristics regarding weight, diameter, and edge type, as detailed in the accompanying specifications. Comes in a presentation box with papers.
