It is a rare vintage CEL. A cartoon cel from Warner Bros inc 1991, depicting Bugs Bunny as a concert pianist, a scene famously from the 1946 Merrie Melodies cartoon "Rhapsody Rabbit." Signed by the director Friz Freleng, numbered 144/750, is a rare the limited edition and also features the Warner Bros logo indicating it's an official piece of animation art. It is also has a copyright notice for Warner Bros Inc 1991. A pencil numbering can also be noted towards the back side of the framed CEL, '1065B'.
