A collection of three West African hand carved wooden figures probably from the Chamba people. Two sculptures are sculpted from a wide cylindrical base supported by two legs. The binary theme of male and female is universal. Here, it refers to the primordial couple, the origin of the Chamba people as a whole. The figures are decorated with a conical shaped finials on the top. The collection also includes a female figure. Each is mounted on a base.
