A pair of French Sevres style porcelain covered bowls. Each bowl is white and decorated with colorful scenes painted in oval cartouches on the lid and around the base. The bowls are further embellished with floral motifs, including large roses and smaller scattered flowers in vibrant hues of yellow, orange, red, blue, green and purple. The rims of both the bowls and their lids are trimmed with a delicate gilded band. The lids are topped with small, finely crafted porcelain figurines modelled as a young boy and girl beside bunches of grapes. The surface of the bowls also features a subtle textured pattern.
