A WWII Russian Soviet era propaganda poster on paper, Fashistskomu Tigru Minerskii Gostinets, A Sappers Gift for the Fascist Tiger. Designed by Mikhail Soloviev, 1905 to 1991, Meritorious Art Worker of the Russian Federation. Published by Iskusstvo, Moscow Leningrad, 1943. Marked in the print in the lower margin. Mikhail Soloviev, a graduate of Moscow AKhR Studios, started producing posters during WWII, when his old teacher, P. Sokolov Skalya, brought him to work for the prestigious TASS Windows poster operation. After the war, production of propaganda posters became Solovievs main occupation.
