A Russian Imperial table medal features a relief image of a Robert Nikolaevich Viren, inscribed Robert Nikolaevich Viren, 1856 to 1917 Military Governor of Kronstadt. The reverse side features inscription above the image: For the Tsar, for the Motherland, for the Faith. Russian Russian admiral Obert Nikolaevich Viren, 1856 to 1917 was a participant in the Russo Japanese and World War I wars. From April 8, 1907 to July 24, 1908, he served as Commander in Chief of the Black Sea Fleet. On December 6, 1909, he was promoted to vice admiral with the appointment of chief commander of the port of Kronstadt and military governor of Kronstadt. Viren became an admiral on February 16, 1915.
