The badge depicts a Maltese cross decorated with the enameled Russian state coat of arms from the time of Paul I. A red shield with the monograms of Paul I and Nicholas II, on the eagles chest, an Imperial crown on the top, and a gold number C at the bottom. Marked with a Russian Silver standard hallmark.
