An ancient Holy Land Demetrius II Nicator coin pendant turned into a modern gold over silver vermeil pendant. The obverse is adorned with a diademed head of king right. The reverse is decorated with the legend with eagle standing left on ships ram, wings closed, palm over shoulder, A over RE above Tyre monogram on club in left field, AZY monogram over DPR in right field, M monogram between legs.
