The badge is in the form of a coat of arms, in the middle there is a relief Cyrillic letter D with a crown above it and the dates 1860 and 1910 on the left and right. The composition is placed in a wreath with a white cross at the bottom. Marked with Russian 84 Russian silver standard on the reverse side.
