On top is a portrait of a young girl in a pink dress and a high wig, framed by a gold tone pattern. Marked on the bottom with a green ink stamp T and V for Tressemann and Vogt, France, dated 1894. Tressemann and Vogt was one of many factories doing business in Limoges, France. They produced many pieces of whiteware that were decorated elsewhere and decorated porcelain as well.
