Payment
A minimum payment of $150 is required to initiate the review process. This deposit will be applied to the final payment or refunded within 5 business days if you disagree with the estimated costs.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Our appraisal team will conduct a preliminary review of the information provided above to determine the scope of work for the appraisal assignment. You will receive notification of the estimated costs within 5 business days, along with an Appraisal Agreement Letter containing payment instructions. Once the Appraisal Agreement Letter is signed, and the initial payment is processed, we will provide you with the next steps.
